Bridal Fashion Week – Spring 2013

The bridal designers showcased their latest collections last week during Bridal Fashion Week. From crisp white structured gowns at Carolina Herrera to a sea of red flowy ball gowns at Vera Wang, see some of my favorites here.

Vera Wang took a bold approach on the runway showing her gowns in shades of red. All gowns are available for custom orders in various shades of white

Queen of lace, Monique Lhillier, is always a personal favorite. Whether it is reinventing her classic ball gown from the Clementine in 2007 to the infamous floral Sunday Rose for Spring 2010 to the her newest variation below, her dresses always have a way of making a bride look perfect on her big day.

Beaded gowns have been emerging as a trend for many seasons now. This Kenneth Pool gown is my favorite beaded gown of the season. The use of both beading and lace combined with the form fitted silhouette gives the gown the perfect vintage feel.

This gown by Ines de Santo is one of the most unique seen on the runway this season.

Taking inspiration from Pippa Middleton and the royal wedding Carolina Herrera makes a statement with a bold white structured gown.

With the second dress becoming more of a trend, designers are now catering to this market. This short gown by Amsale is a fabulous choice.
